Return the product within the allotted time

Call the team if the product you want is more expensive than your original item

BH Office Supplies will automatically refund you the difference if the original product is more expensive than the exchange product

What is your returns criteria?

The BH Office Supplies team at 100% happy to offer a complete refund service to any of our customers who are not 100% satisfied with their goods, however in order to qualify for one of our refunds you must:

Return the items in mint condition

Return the item with its original packaging

Return the package to us within the time frame specified

If you manage to meet this criteria BH Office Supplies are delighted to offer all customers 100% of their money back. however if we do not receive the goods in the condition stated above BH Office Supplies might only provide you with a partial refund or in some extreme cases no refund at all. Refund policy

To be entitled to a refund you must meet the criteria clearly stated on this page. If you return the unwanted item to us with 28 working days in perfect condition along with its original packaging, BH Office Supplies are happy to give you a 100% refund - from the date we receive the item you will be credited with a refund for the full amount within 14 days (subject to certain terms and conditions). If you haven't received the refund payment within that time please get in touch with the customer services team as soon as possible. ***Please note BH Office Supplies does not recommend using couriers.
